Again in Ailefroide… but this time for a whole week of climbing. We stayed in Ailefroide’s big and quiet camping, climbing the day and burning witches at night. Climbing in the LOT
The Lot, in southern France, is part of the Midi-Pyrénées region. We stayed in ‘Vers’ camping (not far from Saint Géry), an ideal location for a quick access to the surrounding climbing spots. Finding a Topo might be difficult as they printed very little versions in 2010 so I made some copies. (Lot info and [...] -

North West China – Oct. 2009
Far inland, the province of Xinjiang remains, to me, one of the most magical place of China. The Uigur muslims are in majority there. The culture, the food, the people… all makes you believe you are in an autonomous country… tricky subject… Pictures taken in Xinjiang in October 2009. -
Shanghai, my dear Shanghai…
Shanghai has been my home for the past 3 years (2006-2009). Huge megapolis, 20 millions inhabitants, a mix of Chinese and European culture, a great city, full of surprises….. ( Shanghai I Miss U! )
